One project context across the core workflow
The English tools use the same browser-side ShelterMetric Project Passport. Capacity, budget, funding model, project stage, target date and selected technical or lifecycle scenarios can move between connected tools without forcing the user to rebuild the same project brief.
Base budget, unit metrics, logistics, reserve and lifecycle cost stay separate
The budget builder stores confirmed base cost information. Unit cost is a comparison metric, logistics, maintenance and TCO are separate scenarios, while reserve and co-financing keep risk and funding concepts distinct. This prevents different financial concepts from collapsing into one misleading number.
No automatic assumptions where project data is missing
Unknown values can remain unknown. ShelterMetric does not invent a shelter type, market price, sample capacity, sample area, contingency percentage, return-trip mileage, maintenance tariff, project duration or funding eligibility just to produce a complete-looking result.
